Motorcycles Causing Nuisance

The Exeter City Council and the Environmental Health Agency have enlisted the help of the police to keep their local parks peaceful and quiet. There has been a large amount of complains about people operating motorcycles in Exeter's major parks. A policeman commented that not only is the loud exhaust noise annoying but riding a motorbike in a public place is dangerous and against the law. One local park is a protected wildlife area and anyone riding a motorbike there is liable to be arrested or fined. These recreational areas are meant for all people to come have a pleasant day and shouldn't have to be disturbed by motorcycle riders.
