9. Fuel charge increase for auto transport.

Fuel prices have been going up as most of people have noticed when they go to fill up their vehicle with gas at the pump. This means that prices for auto transport service will increase as well. The increase in gas price will automatically be added to quote responses you get back from car transport companies.

Auto transport gas pricing is based on the U.S. National Average Diesel Fuel Index. The figure used to determine these costs is also region specific, established by the average cost of the fuel per gallon, the date and the load's origination point. When fuel costs go down, the surcharge will follow appropriately.
